Why We Exist
A Veteran Helping Veteran Inc. exists to actively reduce suicides and mental-health crises among veterans and first responders while also supporting their families and the communities around them.
We believe support should be practical, respectful, and focused on helping people identify what they need, what options are available, and what next step makes sense.
Action matters more than awareness alone.
Our Approach
A Veteran Helping Veteran Inc. takes a Whole Health approach to support. We look beyond a single challenge and focus on the person as a whole — their needs, goals, connections, resources, and the factors affecting their overall well-being.
